If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible; repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a trip or dispatch fee, as disclosed at the time of booking.
6. Workmanship and Warranties
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms for labor and materials (including any manufacturer warranties on installed equipment, such as water heaters) will be provided to you in writing in connection with your service agreement or invoice. Except as expressly stated in a written warranty provided to you, services are provided on an “as-is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unrelated pre-existing conditions, acts of God, normal wear and tear, or work performed by other contractors after our service is completed.
